OffrBox is an online residential property marketplace that simplifies the investment process for buyers, sellers, and brokers by introducing a fully transactional platform. 

PROBLEM

Billions of Residential Investment profits are lost due to “friction costs” when buying and selling and are ignored by Zillow, Realtor.com, and LoopNet. Lack of usable design solutions led to online traffic decrease and low conversion rates.

SOLUTION

Provide a unique fully transactional marketplace with exclusive access to off-market properties and create a seamless purchase flow increasing website traffic and maximizing conversion rates.

Collaborated with a team of talented product designers, project managers, and director of marketing while continuously collecting feedback from both sets of users (sellers and buyers) during all the stages of product development and testing.
